let's run!

One of Jace's favorite past times is running. He always says "let's run mom!" And everytime Hunter babysits they run. When I ask him what they did that answer is always "we runned." He LOVES it!

So Saturday we took him to the duck pond and he got to run his little heart out for about 2 hours. The ducks let him chase them back and forth, around trees and up the hill. They never flew away. And they are the perfect speed for him to chase. I think it was pure bliss for him.

Running is one reason I am so anxious for warm weather because running up and down our little hall gets old in about 30 seconds (for me, not him). So, if anyone needs a running partner we have a little two year old that would be willing to help out.

draper temple

Saturday we went to the Draper temple open house. Jace was excited to go in the temple. Every time we drive past a temple he asks if he can go in and says "after my mission I'm going to get married at the temple."

When we walked past the baptismal font he said, "look mom, a swimming pool with cows!" He also thought the bus ride to and from the temple was pretty cool.

taco bus

We found a new treasure in Malad - a taco bus!

Not only was the food delish but how fun is it to eat on a bus. Jace wanted to know if we could go for a ride while we ate.

If you ever find yourself in Malad, you should definitely check it out.
